If you are a parish or a chancery

If anything Credo publishes about your parish is wrong, out of date, or you would rather we did not list it at all, tell us and we will act within 48 hours. You do not need to give a reason to have a listing removed.

If you are a parishioner or visitor

The quickest way is the Report a correction button on the parish’s own page — it tells us exactly which entry is wrong. You can also email us at the address above.

What happens next

1. We read your message and find the record.
2. We contact the parish to confirm what is correct.
3. We update the record and stamp the date it was confirmed.
4. If you left contact details, we let you know it is done.

We aim to resolve reports within 72 hours, and removal requests from a parish or chancery within 48.
